”We were brainstorming ideas for our new stuff and thinking about the band’s next steps. We wanted something new, but still something that felt like an honest continuation of what we’d been doing. We landed on the idea of making a big, dystopian song. As the writing took shape, it naturally grew into a story about acceptance. ’Deathbeds’ came together quickly, and we realized what we wanted to do from here on out. ’Deathbeds’ deals with despair, drifting apart, and finality.” -Lust For Lily-
